Ajahn Munindo is abbot of Aruna Ratanagiri (Harnham Buddhist Monastery) in northern England. A senior Forest tradition teacher with deep gifts as a translator and editor, he produced one of the most-loved modern English renderings of the Dhammapada (A Dhammapada for Contemplation). His teaching is quiet, austere, and emphasises the heart-quality of the practice over technique.
