THE EXPERIENCE

The flagship. Two weeks of monastic immersion at Lumbini, with one of three traditions: Theravada (Mahasi), Mahayana (Korean Jogye), or Vajrayana (Ka-Nying lineage). You wake at 04:30 with the monks. You attend every chanting session. You sit four times a day. You eat once after sunrise and once before noon — nothing after. You walk the Sacred Garden as the dawn lifts off the Pushkarini pond. You receive personal instruction from a senior teacher who has done what you are doing for forty years. You leave changed. They tell us this. You will know.
