Ajahn Jayasaro is one of the most respected Western disciples of Ajahn Chah and the official biographer of his teacher (Stillness Flowing, 2017, the definitive English biography of Ajahn Chah). After serving as abbot of Wat Pah Nanachat, he now lives in solitude at a hermitage near Khao Yai and teaches widely in Thailand and abroad. He has played a central role in developing Buddhist-informed education in Thailand.
