Zen Master Seungsahn was the first Korean Zen master to teach in the West and the founder of the Kwan Um School of Zen, with affiliated centres in over thirty countries. His "Only Don't Know" teaching is one of the most-quoted dharma slogans of contemporary Korean Seon. He gave dharma transmission to fifty inka and dharma successors. His record carries a 1988 disclosure regarding sexual relationships with students, which the Kwan Um School has publicly addressed.
