Bhante Sujato is the founder of SuttaCentral, the open-access digital platform for the early Buddhist canon, and the principal English translator of the four main Pali Nikayas in their entirety — the largest single sutta-translation project in modern history. A bhikkhuni-ordination advocate and longtime collaborator with Ajahn Brahm, he was at the centre of the 2009 Bodhinyana ordination that resulted in Ajahn Brahm's expulsion from Wat Pah Pong.
