Maraṇasati Practice

Bhikkhu Anālayo — the German-born scholar-monk whose comparative-canon work on the early discourses has reshaped academic Buddhism — turns from the desk to the cushion and recommends the single practice he believes most worth doing: maraṇasati, the recollection of death.
