My third Vipassana retreat ended yesterday. Day 7 broke me, day 8 rebuilt me, day 9 I am not sure what happened but it was important. Back in Warsaw now. The street noise sounds different.

Sixty days of daily sitting. Some days twenty minutes, some days an hour. The consistency matters more than the length. I am beginning to understand this in my body.
